Kelly Wesson
Meet Kelly Wesson, the Marketing and Social Media Manager at Allen & Allen Orthodontics. Hailing from Garland, Texas, Kelly has been an integral part of our team for many years. Her passion for working with children and witnessing their transformation as their smiles and teeth change with braces is truly inspiring. With a career spanning more than 25 years as an orthodontic assistant, with the majority of those years spent at Allen & Allen, Kelly now focuses on marketing, social media and providing support to our practice.
When she’s not busy promoting Allen & Allen Orthodontics, Kelly indulges in her hobbies. She runs a small T-shirt business specializing in spirit wear. She enjoys creating all types of shirts, including those for our practice. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, loves thrift shopping with friends and repurposing old furniture, showcasing her creativity and eye for design.
Kristin Madison
Allow us to introduce Kristin Madison, the Office Manager and Financial Coordinator at Allen & Allen Orthodontics. Hailing from Dallas, Texas, Kristin brings her expertise and dedication to ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Her mission and passion revolve around the joy of witnessing people with their new smiles, understanding the profound impact it has on their lives. Kristin plays a vital role in providing exceptional financial and administrative support to our practice.
Outside of her work, Kristin enjoys spending quality time with her family, engaging in activities such as thrifting, country dancing, swimming and going on vacations. Kristin’s personal life is enriched by her role as a loving mother to three girls and being married to her best friend. Her unwavering love for Jesus shines through in her daily life. With her warm and caring personality, Kristin ensures that patients feel welcomed and supported throughout their orthodontic journey.
Cindy Garcia
Meet Cindy Garcia, a dedicated Dental Assistant at Allen & Allen Orthodontics. Originally from East Dallas, Cindy brings her passion for helping patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles to our practice. She takes immense pride in witnessing the transformation of her patients’ confidence as they experience the positive impact of orthodontic treatment. Being a part of a productive team is one of the most rewarding aspects of her role.
When she isn’t working, Cindy’s weekends are filled with baseball and late night fun with her husband of 14 years and 3 amazing children! She has a talent for making mini pancakes! Additionally, she finds joy in traveling and exploring different sceneries around the world. You’ll often find her at the beach, creating fabulous memories while sipping on a refreshing sangria.
Diana Catalan
Introducing Diana Catalan, a compassionate Dental Assistant at Allen & Allen Orthodontics. The Richardson, Texas native is dedicated to helping patients achieve beautiful smiles. She finds great reward in witnessing the progression of her patients’ self-esteem and confidence as they undergo orthodontic treatment. Her passion for making a positive impact on the lives of patients is at the core of her mission.
Diana values kindness above all else. She believes in being considerate and understanding, ensuring that each patient feels supported and comfortable throughout their orthodontic journey. Diana enjoys spending quality time with her family, particularly outdoors or watching a movie together. She finds joy in the company of her cat, Chloe, and actively works with rescues and organizations to foster and find forever homes for cats in need. Baking while jamming out to Taylor Swift’s music is another favorite pastime for Diana, combining her love for music and creating delicious treats.
